If there is an emergency school closing, the schedule moves on to the next letter.

What is the Help Desk and when is it open?

The HELPDESK is located in Room 118, across from the main office. Students should go there when their laptops are not functioning properly. It is best to go for help as soon as anything appears to be malfunctioning. If the technicians cannot fix the computer immediately, a student will receive a loaner until the original laptop can be repaired. Helpdesk hours are:

Monday - Friday from 7:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

What is a progress report?

A progress report is intended to let you know if your child is having difficulty in a subject or is in danger of failing for the quarter or the year. The report can also tell you if your child's attendance is poor or if he/she is often late to class and/or school. Progress reports are available at the midpoint of each marking period. Reports can be viewed in the parent portal of Genesis on the following dates: October 9, 2023, December 18, 2023, March 4, 2024, and May 13, 2024. However, since you can seek how your child is doing at any time, you are urged to check the teachers' online gradebooks at least once a week.

What should I do if my child is being bullied or teased?

Bullying/teasing are very serious and it is important that you and/or your child report this to the Principal or an Assistant Principal. All information that you provide is confidential and the victim's name will not be given to the bully. Each child has the right to a safe school environment, and we are committed to ensuring that. Please report all instances of bullying and teasing.
